Louis Warner Bliss, of Irrigon, OR, was born on August 11, 1938 in Colton, California to parents, Louis M. And Eldred Erwin Bliss. He died on March 9, 2013 in Hermiston, Oregon at the age of 74 years. He was raised in Manhattan Beach, California. Warner married Judith Luker and they lived in the Longview-Kelso, Washington area for many years. He worked as a welder for Weyerhaeuser Lumber Products until he retired in 1981. Warner moved from Kelso, Washington to Irrigon, Oregon in 2002 where he has lived since.

He is survived by his daughter: Kathy Lamar, Salem, OR; son: Steve Bliss, San Antonio, TX; brothers: Lyle Bliss, Irrigon, OR, Robert Bliss, Longview, WA; sister: Barbara Allen, Longview, WA; a grandson: Jarod and several nieces & nephews.

Warner was preceded in death by his wife, Judy and his parents.
